Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for insured transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
